AIBiz Projects Help Center

Start Here

  • Create a project for each client, job, internal initiative, or delivery plan.
  • Add columns to organize work by stage, department, or priority.
  • Create tasks with due dates, assignees, files, and notes.
  • Use the dashboard to scan active projects, blocked work, and upcoming due dates.

Projects And Columns

  • Create one project for each job, client deliverable, department plan, or internal rollout.
  • Use columns for stages such as Backlog, In Progress, Waiting, Review, and Done.
  • Add project notes for scope, contacts, risks, and decision history.
  • Archive finished projects after final files and notes are saved.

Tasks And Due Dates

  • Create a task for each action that needs an owner, status, or deadline.
  • Use priorities to separate urgent work from routine follow-up.
  • Update status as work moves from open to in progress, blocked, done, or archived.
  • Add notes when a task changes so another staff member can understand the history.

Files And Notes

  • Attach files to the project or task where staff will look for them later.
  • Use clear file names so exported or downloaded records still make sense.
  • Keep notes factual and action-oriented for smooth team follow-up.
  • Use Cloud or Vault links for long-term document storage after integration.

Daily Workflow

  1. Review open tasks, blocked work, and upcoming due dates.
  2. Add new tasks as customer requests, staff assignments, or internal work appears.
  3. Move tasks through statuses as progress changes.
  4. Attach files and notes so project history stays in one place.
  5. Close or archive work only after deliverables and follow-ups are complete.

Suite Integrations

  • CRM can create project records from customer deals or service opportunities.
  • Billing can create work orders, estimates, or invoices from completed project work.
  • Cloud and Vault can store files tied to a project or task.
  • Insights can report open tasks, completed tasks, overdue work, and project activity.
Support tip: include the project name, task title, due date, status, and the file or note involved. Projects stores workflow records; billing, CRM, Cloud, Vault, and reporting connections are completed through suite integration.
